loopy flower embroidery tutorial

The loopy flower is a gorgeous way to add more texture to your embroidery. You can leave the loops or cut them open for a fringed look.

I used all 6 strands of cotton embroidery floss. For bigger loops, I would choose a thicker yarn like knitting yarn or tapestry threads made of wool. I suggest testing out various threads to see which works best for your purpose.
